Many of us have become accustomed to ways of living that are profoundly disconnected from what it means to be human.

We live in our heads and lose connection with our bodies. We struggle to remain present with difficult emotions — our own and each other's. We become overwhelmed, numb, hypervigilant, reactive, or withdrawn. We long for meaningful connection while feeling increasingly disconnected from ourselves, one another, and the living world.

And because so much of this has become normalized, we often don't recognize these ways of being as adaptations at all.

Developmental and complex trauma shape our nervous systems, our sense of safety, and the ways we experience ourselves and others. Alongside our individual histories, we carry the impacts of ancestral, cultural, and collective conditioning.

Our bodies carry all of this. And what we carry within us shapes how we live and relate to the world around us.

An Invitation To Come Home

Coming Home is a six-month journey weaving together personal healing, trauma-aware education, embodied practices, and meaningful connection in community.

Through regular group gatherings and monthly one-on-one healing sessions, we'll explore how trauma and conditioning have shaped our lives, relationships, and ways of being — while tending what is ready to be witnessed, healed, and integrated.

Together, we'll deepen our understanding of the nervous system, survival adaptations, emotional regulation, relational dynamics, and the ways trauma shapes our capacity for presence, empathy, connection, and repair.

But this is more than a space to learn about trauma.

It is a space to do the healing work ourselves.

To meet the parts of ourselves that have learned to survive through adaptive protection or disconnection. To understand how these patterns once served us, and to discover what is possible as we cultivate greater safety, choice, and connection within.

And to do this in community — where we can witness and be witnessed, practice being present with one another, and remember that healing does not have to happen alone.

This journey bridges the awareness and equanimity of the Soul with the trauma-aware wisdom of the body, honoring both as guides in the process of healing.

As we heal within ourselves, we also deepen our capacity to hold others with greater awareness, integrity, and care.

This is the work of Coming Home: to our bodies, our hearts, our relationships, and our connection with the sacredness of Life.

What We'll Cultivate Together

Through this journey, you'll have opportunities to:

Understand Yourself More Deeply

Recognize how developmental trauma, conditioning, and survival adaptations shape your emotions, nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.

Engage In Meaningful Personal Healing

Explore and tend the wounds within asking for care, witness, and integration. Deepen your capacity to consciously choose how you relate to yourself, others, and the Earth.

Come Home To Your Body

Cultivate greater grounding, emotional regulation, presence, and the capacity to remain with yourself through difficult experiences.

Deepen Your Trauma Awareness

Learn to recognize trauma responses in yourself and others, and bring greater sensitivity, consent, and care into the spaces and relationships you hold.

Practice Relational Awareness & Repair

Explore boundaries, power and abuse dynamics, empathy, accountability, and how to navigate conflict and rupture with greater awareness.

Experience Healing In Community

Somatically heal trauma by being witnessed and loved in community, while offering that to others without fixing, rescuing, or abandoning yourself.

The Six-Month Container - What's Included

This is a small, intentionally held group journey that moves beyond intellectual understanding and into the lived practice of healing.

Six Months Of Live Group Gatherings

Our next Coming Home journey begins February 2027. Group gatherings will be held twice monthly from 6–8 PM Eastern, with the final Tuesday or Wednesday schedule determined before enrollment.

Through facilitated dialogue, trauma-aware education, embodied practices, and shared reflection, we'll explore personal and collective dimensions of healing. Our group becomes a place to practice the very capacities we're cultivating: presence, empathy, honesty, discernment, and repair.

Six Individual Healing Sessions With Hannah

Each month, we'll meet one-on-one for a dedicated healing session up to two hours, allowing us to explore more deeply what is arising in your personal journey.

These sessions offer space for individualized support, traditional healing practices, reflection, and integration — honoring your own body, mind, and Soul as guides in the process.

Three Months of Monthly Integration Calls

After our six-month journey ends, we’ll meet monthly to continue to integrate for three months.

Practices and Resources Between Gatherings

Guided reflections, educational content, and embodied practices to support the integration of our work into daily life.

Intimate Community of Fellow Travelers

Historically, the Coming Home cohort becomes in many ways a chosen family, and the connections forged in this space are deep.

Access to Recordings and Ongoing Connection

Resources and opportunities to stay connected as the work continues to unfold, as well as opportunities to deepen into future education and mentorship as trauma-aware healers, facilitators, and leaders.

What We'll Explore

Our work will weave together trauma awareness and personal healing, spiritual awareness, and the practice of conscious relationship.

Themes include:

These themes are guides rather than a rigid curriculum. The work will also respond to what is alive within the group and what is calling to be witnessed as the journey unfolds.

What Does the Healing Work Look Like?

Throughout our time together, we'll explore patterns that continue to impact your emotional well-being, relationships, and experience in your body.

We'll gently trace these threads to their roots, bringing awareness and tending to the parts of ourselves that had to adapt to survive. Through witnessing, embodied practices and traditional healing methods, dialogue, and integration, these adaptations will offer the map for healing. The work will allow for the fear based, death-denying expressions of these patterns to instead integrate to a life-affirming way of being and relating.

As we cultivate greater safety and coherence within ourselves, we also become more capable of meeting others with presence, empathy, and care.

And because this work happens in community, our relationships become part of the practice.

We learn not only through our own healing, but through witnessing one another and practicing being human together.

Why Coming Home?

While spending time with Bintukua elders in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains, I asked a question that has lived in my heart for many years:

Where did we first forget our sacredness? How did we get here?

The response was that it began with the first desecration within our own peoples, with the first abuse of our Life Force energy.

And to heal it now, we must begin by looking within ourselves and asking:

Where am I desecrating the sacred within myself, in my relationships, and with the Earth?

This question lives at the heart of Coming Home.

We are living through a time when the impacts of individual and collective trauma are increasingly visible. We see them in our bodies and relationships, in our systems and communities, and in the ways we relate to the Earth.

Yet we also have an opportunity to become more conscious of what we carry forward, and what we choose to create differently.

To recognize where old wounds and survival patterns continue to shape our lives. To tend what has been harmed or forgotten. To practice accountability and repair. And to cultivate ways of being rooted in greater presence, connection, and reciprocity.

What we heal within changes what becomes possible between us.

Coming Home is a space to participate in that healing — not only for ourselves, but for the relationships, communities, and the world we’re a part of.

Who Is This For?

Coming Home is for those who feel called to engage in meaningful personal healing while deepening their capacity to live and relate with greater awareness.

It is especially supportive for healers, facilitators, caregivers, educators, community leaders, and others who hold space for people — whether professionally or within their personal lives. You do not need to identify as a healer or leader to participate.

What matters is a willingness to explore yourself honestly, be in relationship with others, and participate in the ongoing practice of healing.

This Space Asks for a Willingness To:

  • Engage in personal and relational healing with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
  • Explore your own trauma responses, patterns, conditioning, and their impact on others.
  • Be witnessed and practice witnessing others without judgment or fixing.
  • Examine power and the ways harm or disconnection can arise in relationship.
  • Practice trauma-awareness, confidentiality, accountability, and respect for the sacredness of others.
  • Commit to showing up for a six-month process of healing, learning, and integration.

This May Not Be the Right Space If:

  • You prefer a large, anonymous program rather than a small, relational group.
  • You're not presently able or willing to participate in an ongoing group process.
  • You're not open to examining how your own protective patterns, conditioning, or use of power may impact others.
  • You're seeking individual and/or clinical trauma treatment rather than holistic community-based healing, or an intellectual education without personal reflection or healing.

The Nature of This Space

Because of the depth and relational nature of this work, Coming Home is held with care and intention.

We will honor the importance of pacing and choice. No one is asked to share more than they wish, and each person's sovereignty and lived experience will be respected.

This is not a space where anyone needs to arrive “healed,” have all the answers, or perform a version of themselves.

It is a place to practice being human together.

Please note: Coming Home is a trauma-aware educational and healing container, not clinical licensed psychotherapy. Individual healing sessions draw upon traditional and complementary healing practices.

Reciprocity

Coming Home is offered in the spirit of reciprocity, reflecting the time, preparation, and ongoing presence involved in holding an intimate six-month healing container of this depth.

Tuition includes our group gatherings, six individual healing sessions, educational resources, ongoing community support, three additional months of monthly group integration circles, and more.

My intention is to make this work accessible while honoring the care and resources required to sustain it.

Patron-rate options are available, allowing those with greater financial resources to help make participation possible for others. For those who feel called to this work but cannot meet the requested amount at this time, a limited number of supported-rate spaces are available.

Six-month payment plans are available for all tiers.

"For the first time in my 52 years, I now know what it is to deeply listen to my body in a way that honors a lifetime of trauma.

I have been in traditional talk therapy for 27 years and it’s helped address much of the “big T” trauma, but has not touched the impact of complex trauma. Through Coming Home, I have found the capacity to sit with it all without being overwhelmed. I have found a way of dancing with the ones in me that have patiently waited to be seen, heard, felt, and offered a way home. This work has helped me listen more deeply, show up for community, and walk amongst the land with clear intention and connection. In a sentence: it has provided techniques, personal support, and a community to allow my full authentic self to emerge whole and complete as the universe intended."

"I appreciated from the start how ready Hannah seemed to be with the aliveness of the group and our wants and needs: the work we did together went very deep and felt quite sacred.

Hannah and my Coming Home group have helped me re-wire some of my adaptive tendencies from trauma to be more receptive of connection. I honestly never thought I would come this far in terms of remaining in connection with others after so many years of isolating when I became activated.

I am deeply touched by how Hannah is with each person she holds space for. I’ve seen her time and time again meet each person where they are and slowly love them into greater connection with themselves. She is an honest and humble person, and I am deeply grateful for the skillful healing she brings to the world."
