About the School of the Red Skywalker
We support people in healing the wounds and survival patterns held within the body that shape how they experience themselves, relationships, and Life itself. We bridge trauma awareness and spiritual awareness — supporting people in remembering who they are beneath developmental and collective conditioning and fragmentation, reconnecting with their own inherent wholeness, and deepening into embodied relationship with the sacredness of Life.
Through community, transformational programs, one-on-one work, and cultural and relational repair, we support healers, leaders, and seekers in cultivating greater coherence within themselves and the communities they are part of. We believe that this inner healing and remembrance ripples outward into the collective — and that the way we relate to ourselves, one another, and the living world shapes the cultures and futures we create together.
About Hannah
I’ve been called to this path throughout my life — seeking true healing at the root for myself and others. For over a decade I served as a death doula, healer, and nurse, primarily in hospice and psychiatric care. Every step deepening the capacity to see and listen for what is calling from underneath to be witnessed and brought to light, and affirming that when trauma and fear are met with Love, they become medicine.Â
I have also spent many years creating and leading courses, retreats, and facilitator trainings for hundreds of individuals, healers, and community leaders, and traveled internationally to speak on inner and interpersonal healing, and culture building during these paradigm-shifting times. I served as a Founding Director and Director of Education for Emberlight: The Center for Conscious Living & Dying in Asheville, NC, where I co-created and led the enculturation process, death doula training, and leadership development for facilitators and organizational leads. I have also facilitated with the Conscious Dying Institute (Collective) and produced The Last Ecstatic Days in support of the conscious dying movement.
My path has been shaped by many teachers, mentors, and lineages, including trauma-informed Soul Retrieval work, Mayan Curanderismo, Medical Qigong and other energy medicine practices, as well as the countless people I have cared for and learned from along the way. I offer humble gratitude to all those who have taught me, and to those I have been blessed to walk with who entrust me with their wisdom around true healing, and to learn how to tend culture and practice repair with integrity.Â
Acknowledgment and gratitude:
