We envision a world where consciousness is lived through awakened hearts and embodied lives, and where we remember how to walk in coherence with one another and Life itself.Ā
We do this through supporting people to come home to themselves through embodied transformation and inner healing. Through being witnessed and held in community, we cultivate coherence of mind, body, heart, and Soul—so that love, presence, and integrity may live through how we walk in the world.

I believe we are at a collective choice point in time. That we are being called to heal and re-member ourselves, and tend to our relationships, communities, and the Earth. This is the work I am devoted to, and the field I hold through the Heart of the Red Skywalker. [Read more].
I’ve been called to this path throughout my life — seeking true healing at the root for myself and others. For over a decade I served as a death doula, healer, and nurse, primarily in hospice and psychiatric care. Every step deepening the capacity to listen for what is calling from underneath to be witnessed and brought to light. Every step affirming that when fear is met with love it can become medicine for connection.Ā
Walking alongside trauma, pain, grief, and deathĀ has shaped me deeply, and affirmed my honor to be a supportive space for people to come home to themselves. My heart is humbled to witness the connection and sovereignty that comes from people inhabiting themselves and finding alignment within mind, body, heart, and Soul.
I have also spent many years creating and leading courses, retreats, and facilitator trainings for hundreds of individuals, healers, and community leaders, and traveled internationally to speak on inner and interpersonal healing, and culture building during these paradigm-shifting times. I served as a Founding Director and Director of Education for Emberlight: The Center for Conscious Living & Dying in Asheville, NC, where I co-created and led the enculturation process, death doula training, and leadership development for facilitators and organizational leads. I have also facilitated with the Conscious Dying Institute (Collective) and produced The Last Ecstatic DaysĀ in support of the conscious dying movement.
My path has been shaped by many teachers, mentors, and lineages, including Mayan Curanderismo, Medical Qigong, trauma-aware healing and other transformational energetic practices, as well as the countless people I have cared for and learned from along the way. I offer humble gratitude to all those who have mirrored and taught me, and to those I have been blessed to walk with, who entrust me with their wisdom, and help me learn how to tend culture and practice repair with integrity.
